Sarina is the principal dentist of Louise Lunness Barnes Dental Clinic having taken over the practice in 2025. She has been working at the clinic since 2019.

Sarina graduated from the Bart’s and The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010. She went on to complete vocational training in Rye, East Sussex and after this won a highly competitive place in Restorative Dentistry and Orthodontics at William Harvey and Canterbury Hospitals where she worked as a Senior House Officer.

During her career, Sarina has been involved in undergraduate training as a clinical tutor in Restorative dentistry at Guys and St Thomas’ hospital, this involved teaching the next generation of dentists the latest techniques and academic theory, preparing them to graduate and enter the workplace.

Sarina undertakes all aspects of general dentistry with a particular focus on minimally invasive dentistry and has a reputation for making her patients feel at ease. She is also a trained Invisalign provider and enjoys doing composite bonding cases.

Emma started her dental career in 2004 as a dental nurse and went on to undertake the national exam for dental nurses in 2005, qualifying in 2006. Emma continued dental nursing for five years before deciding to train to become a hygienist. In early 2009, Emma joined the school of Dental Hygiene and Therapy at King's College Hospital. She went on to qualify with a double diploma in dental hygiene and therapy in 2011 and received an award for professionalism during her course.

Emma joined the team in January 2012 and has an excellent rapport with her patients and staff alike. She also works in a periodontal practice in London. She continues to attend CPD courses in order to keep up to date with the latest changes in dentistry.

Dental Therapist and Hygienist
First Class BSc (Hons) in Dental Therapy and Hygiene

George began his career in dentistry as a dental technician and a dental nurse, gaining a strong foundation in technical and clinical care. Building on this experience, he went on to achieve a First Class BSc Hons in Dental Therapy and Hygiene at the university of Plymouth in 2025, further expanding his skills and passion for patient care.

George joined the practice in August 2025 and is known for being warm and approachable.

Practice Manager

Nyree started her dental career in 1987 as a trainee dental nurse and went on to undertake the national exam for dental nurses in 1991. Nyree later moved into management and passed the BTEC Professional Diploma in Dental Practice management in 2007.

Nyree joined the team in December 2017 and along with the day to day running of the practice is responsible for ensuring that the practice is fully compliant with all legislation.

Lorraine began her Dental Nursing career in 1979 and gained the NEBDN certificate in 1983 from The Royal Dental Hospital in Leicester Square. Over her career she has worked in community dentistry, maxilla facial and even several months of agency nursing. After a short break due to starting a family, Lorraine joined Louise at Allington Drive in 1996.

Nuria began her career in dentistry as a trainee dental nurse in 2011. In 2013 she completed her Level 3 City & Guilds Diploma in Dental Nursing and has been working as a qualified registered dental nurse since then in both private and NHS dental clinics. She also has 6 years of reception experience.

Nuria joined the team in 2017 and works both in clinic and on reception.

Receptionist

Tracey has come from a very busy Administrative and Reception position before joining the dental practice in September 2020. Tracey currently uses her skills to ensure that Reception and all day-to-day reception administration is kept up to date and runs smoothly.
